These Terms govern your use of the ANVA website, account area, and the ANVA device and software, provided by Tryingtodoart SRL (“ANVA”, “we”), [registered in Romania — to confirm]. By creating an account or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

What ANVA provides

ANVA is a balance and movement assessment and training platform for physical therapists: a wearable sensor, a mobile app, and this site for managing your account, plan, and report downloads. Plans: the ANVA device is a $129 one-time purchase and includes ANVA Free for life; ANVA Pro is an optional $10/month subscription adding AI-assisted interpretation and extended analysis.

Not a medical device

ANVA measures and helps you train and monitor balance performance. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. You remain responsible for all clinical decisions and for using the tool within your scope of practice and applicable regulations. [Confirm regulatory positioning for target markets.]

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for practitioners. You must be authorized to use ANVA with your patients and to handle any related data.

Payment, billing & shipping

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD and shown at checkout.
  • ANVA Pro renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; your account returns to ANVA Free at the end of the paid period.
  • The device ships within the United States in 3–4 days. [Confirm international availability.]

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break security or access others’ data, no reselling or reverse-engineering except as permitted by law.

Your content & our IP

Your report files remain yours; you grant us only the limited rights needed to store and deliver them to you. ANVA’s software, content, branding, and the exercise library remain our intellectual property.

Warranties & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [Confirm warranty terms for the hardware and statutory consumer rights.]

Termination & changes

You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.

Governing law & contact
